 S’well Innovation Pipeline

Role: Concept ideation, product/structure visualization, category research & audit

After making a splash as a fashionable hydration brand in the early 2010’s, S’well needed to chart a future beyond their original iconic bottle. We helped S’well to chart a 5-year product innovation strategy to keep fans excited and bring new ones into the brand.

S’well DNA Analysis & Category Audit

I compiled a study of the S’well DNA and research on peer brands treated product extensions helped inform our strategy and design adaptations.

Concept Ideation & Visualization

In addition to ideating on new product concepts, I contributed innovation concept visualizations for consumer testing and final pipeline recommendations.

Final Product Launches

Most of our innovation recommendations made it to market and continue to be successful performers in the S’well product portfolio.

Role: Supported lead designer in developing structure/dieline for packaging

S’ip by S’well is the playful and accessible diffusion line developed for an exclusive launch in Target.
